TERMS OF SERVICE

ORDERS: Thank you for supporting M and W Leather. We are incredibly grateful that you made a purchase from us. All of our goods are handmade, while we are not a large manufacturing factory producing these goods. We are a three-man team working diligently to produce the highest-quality product possible. Some products take longer than others to produce, so depending on the item it could take 1-2 weeks during the course of the year for us to make your specialized item. During the holiday season, it could take 2-3 weeks. Once an order is complete it usually ships within 1-2 days of completion.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal or Credit Card. You can select the different options when checking out.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All personalized products are non-refundable. If an item is NOT personalized, we can exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is in the same condition as it shipped. You will be responsible for the return of the item. If there is a problem with a product you receive please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: With leather being a natural source product, every hide we use can absorb dye differently. Although we do our very best to achieve the same colors as the example photos, there is always the possibility of a variance in color. This is the beauty of leather goods!
